First certificates awarded to students of the B.a.-ba of extra

64 students benefited from a training course financed and organized by the Société des Cafetiers, Restaurateurs et Hôteliers de Genève and the University of Geneva.

These future extras are now trained in basic kitchen work, hygiene, food and wine service, with a focus on Geneva wines.

Finally, in partnership with OPAGE (Office de promotion des produits agricoles de Genève) and Maison Bragard, the students received a selection of local products and a "SCRHG" apron.
